Recent price tags for Samsung’s following foldable devices have been confusing, particularly regarding the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7.
For instance, tipster Yogesh Brar predicted that the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s price would increase in India. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 was previously priced at INR 149,999, but now it will cost INR 179,000. For any market, let alone India, that is a significant price increase.
For certain models, price tags for France were disclosed by another tipster, billbil_kun. His information indicates that the 256GB and 512GB storage models of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will incur an additional €100 cost. The 1TB model will cost an additional €160. They are also significant price increases.
Roland Quandt denied last month that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 would see a price increase, at least for the German market. “The price will remain the same,” he said.
Let’s return to the prices that billbil_kun shared for the Galaxy Z Fold 7. According to him, the phone’s 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB models will retail for €2,099, €2,219, and €2,519, respectively.
According to reports, the 256GB storage model of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 costs €1,119 in France, while the 512GB model costs €1,319. Conversely, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is rumoured to retail for €1,059 for the model with 256GB of storage and €999 for the model with 128GB.
Tomorrow, July 9, all of these smartphones will be officially released. The business will be holding its second Unpacked event of the year in New York at that time.
