OnePlus is all set to launch its mid-range smartphone under the Nord lineup soon. Ahead of the launch, we saw leaks revealing the design and key specs of the new OnePlus Nord 5 & Nord CE 5. Now the tipster has revealed the exact launch date for both devices.
According to the tipster, the new OnePlus Nord CE 5 and OnePlus Nord 5 will launch in India and Global regions on July 8. Apart from this, nothing much about the device is known. However, previous leaks suggest the OnePlus Nord 5 may be the rebranded OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition.
The previous leak by the same source confirmed that both smartphones will arrive with Good specs and better pricing. Both smartphones will go on sale on Amazon Prime Day in India.

X tipster @heyitsyogesh shared the update. The OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 smartphones are referred to as ‘Lexus’ and ‘Honda’, respectively. There are also differences in design languages between these two devices, and both have plastic builds.
Furthermore, the tipster states that MediaTek chipsets will likely power both upcoming smartphones. The OnePlus Nord 5 model could use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chip, while the OnePlus Nord CE 5 smartphone may use the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip. Moreover, both devices are expected to feature 7,000 mAh batteries (the OnePlus Nord CE 5 was previously reportedly equipped with a 7,100 mAh battery).
