Digital Chat Station has consistently leaked details about Oppo’s upcoming flagship lineup, the Find X9. Oppo is currently testing a range of premium features that will likely be included in the Find X9 family, which consists of the X9, X9+, X9 Pro, and possibly the X9 Ultra.

The Find X9 series is expected to feature ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensors, replacing the short-focus fingerprint solution seen on previous models. All models support wireless charging, and dust and water resistance standards are IP68/69. The entire series is also being tested with a periscope telephoto camera.

The Find X9, X9+, and X9 Pro are expected to be powered by TSMC’s 3nm N3P Dimensity 9500 chipset, while the ultra model could use the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. According to DCS, the new Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 and Dimensity 9500-powered flagships will debut in China by the end of September. As a result, it seems the X9, X9+, and X9 Pro will launch in September, with the X9 Ultra following shortly after.

Unlike the Find X8 Pro, the Find X9 Pro is reported to feature a large 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens rather than the dual periscope cameras. This could significantly enhance zooming and macro photography. As a compact flagship phone, the X9 will feature a 6.3-inch flat panel. According to reports, the X9+, X9 Pro, and X9 Ultra will each have 6.59-inch flat displays, 6.78-inch flat displays, and 6.82-inch flat displays.
