The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro and the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro are two Snapdragon 8s-powered smartphones already launched in China. According to a new leak, another Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 phone will debut in China this month.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset will launch in China this month. Civi 4 Pro featured Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in March 2024.
Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro also has a great camera setup. The phone’s rear will feature a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, but whether it will be a standard telephoto or a periscope lens is unclear. Both the front and rear cameras are said to have improved low-light performance.
It will feature a 1.5K resolution OLED quad-curved display and slim bezels. The device will have a large battery with a capacity 6,000mAh+, which may charge at 67W. Civi’s positioning envisions the phone being targeted at younger, style-conscious users.
Possibly, the device will be rebranded as the Xiaomi 15 Civi in India.
