OnePlus is developing the Ace 5 Racing Edition and Ace 5 Ultra for China. The devices should debut with Dimensity 9400e and Dimensity 9400 Plus chipsets later this month. OnePlus is also reportedly developing a global version of the Nord 5, which will most likely be based on the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition. New leaks, courtesy of tipster Debayan Roy, have revealed the Nord 5’s key specs and price range.
Specs:
The new OnePlus Nord 5 will sport 1.5K (2772 x 1240p) AMOLED display with 2150 nits of peak brightness. It will also have a 120Hz refresh rate, a 10-bit screen, and HDR10+ support. The device is powered by the latest Dimensity 9400e SoC, 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage options.
The OnePlus Nord 5 features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide Sony IMX355 sensor with LED flash. Yet again, the device features a 16MP selfie camera under the punch-hole display. It will pack a 7000 mAh battery with faster 100W wired charging support.
The device gets Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, Wi-Fi 7, A-GPS, GLONASS, GPS, USB Type-C Port, and Bluetooth 5.4. It also has a linear motor vibrator, an IR Blaster, and NFC. The OnePlus Nord 5 will run on Android 15 OS with OxygenOS 15 out of the box.
According to the leak, the OnePlus Nord 5 will cost around Rs 30,000. This is unsurprising considering that its predecessor was launched last year for Rs 29,999.
