The vivo X300 FE has been steadily working its way through regulatory hurdles around the world, and its launch now looks closer than ever. The phone was cleared for sale in Europe back in October, followed by a green light from India’s BIS. The latest developments see it passing through Singapore’s IMDA and Germany’s TÜV, carrying the model number V2537.

TÜV’s documentation confirms one of the key hardware features: the X300 FE will support 90W wired charging. Meanwhile, a recent Geekbench listing sheds light on its performance credentials, revealing that vivo has equipped the device with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The tested unit also came with 12GB of RAM, though it’s reasonable to expect additional RAM variants once the phone officially launches.
On the software side, the X300 FE will ship with Android 16 right out of the box, overlaid with vivo’s OriginOS 6 interface. If Vivo follows its usual playbook, this model is likely to be either a rebadged S50 Pro mini or a very closely related sibling.
Based on that connection, we can get a good idea of what kind of hardware the X300 FE might offer. The S50 Pro mini features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 1216 x 2640-pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. Its camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies. Powering it all is a 6,500 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
If the vivo X300 FE indeed mirrors the S50 Pro mini, it should be a powerful upper-tier device with strong endurance, fast charging, and a capable camera system – making it one of the more interesting upcoming phones in vivo’s X-series lineup.
