After the upcoming Chinese Spring Festival, Vivo and Oppo are expected to roll out their next wave of flagship smartphones. A new leak from tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed that three Vivo models—V2547A, V2547DA, and V2548A—have appeared in China’s SRRC database, confirming they’ve cleared radio transmission requirements and support the N79 5G band.

According to the leak, V2547A is tied to the Vivo X300 Ultra, while V2547DA is believed to be its Beidou satellite communication version. The third model, V2548A, is said to belong to the Vivo X300 Max, a name that seems to replace the “X300s” branding mentioned in earlier reports.

The same source recently outlined what to expect from the X300 Max. The phone will reportedly feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and very slim bezels, along with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for security. On the back, it’s rumoured to use a circular camera module with a 200-megapixel main sensor, an ultra-wide camera, and a mid-range periscope telephoto lens. Inside, Vivo is expected to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, as the previously rumoured Dimensity 9500 Plus has apparently been scrapped, and the device is said to house a large 7,000mAh battery.

Beyond the X300 series, Digital Chat Station has also linked the model number PME110 to the Oppo Find X9s Pro, previously known simply as Find X9s, while the code for the Find X9 Ultra has not surfaced yet. All of these devices—including the Vivo X300 Ultra, its satellite variant, the X300 Max, and Oppo’s upcoming flagship—are expected to debut in China around March. Most of them are rumoured to launch globally in the second quarter, although the X300 Max may remain exclusive to the Chinese market, at least initially.
