The vivo X300 Ultra is edging closer to its official launch in China on March 30, and while vivo has already teased its powerful camera setup and telephoto capabilities, many of the phone’s core specs have remained under wraps—until now. A fresh leak has spilt key details about its battery and hardware, complete with hands-on photos showing the device from multiple angles.
According to a tipster on Weibo, the X300 Ultra will feature a hefty 6,600 mAh battery. That’s a notable 600 mAh bump over last year’s X200 Ultra, suggesting vivo is focusing on extended endurance alongside camera performance this time around.

The same leaked images hint that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, backed by vivo’s in-house VS1 and V3+ imaging chips. This combination should translate into both strong overall performance and enhanced photo and video processing, especially in challenging lighting conditions.
The hands-on photos also give us a clearer idea of the X300 Ultra’s design. The device appears to sport flat sides with slightly rounded edges for comfort, a flat front display with slim, uniform bezels, and a prominent circular camera island on the back. The rear panel has a dual-tone finish, matching what vivo has already teased in its promotional material, including a green colour variant.
With the launch just around the corner, vivo is expected to share more official details in the coming days. For now, this leak paints a picture of a flagship focused on big battery life, serious imaging hardware, and a bold design to match.
