Oppo is getting ready to launch a new K‑series phone in India, and a teaser microsite URL confirms it will be called the Oppo K14x. As the name suggests, it’s the follow‑up to last year’s K13x.
Official specs are still under wraps, but a new leak claims the K14x will use the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset – the same processor found in the K13x. That means any real upgrades will likely come in other areas, such as design, cameras, or display, rather than raw performance.
The phone is expected to retail for around ₹15,000, putting it in direct competition with budget 5G phones such as the Poco M8, Redmi Note 15, and Lava Agni 4.
Early reactions online haven’t been very positive. Some people think rival phones will easily outclass the K14x, while others are disappointed that brands are still sticking with the Dimensity 6300 in 2026.
We’ll have to wait for Oppo’s full reveal to see exactly what the K14x offers and whether it can stand out in such a crowded price segment.
