Oppo’s upcoming Find X9 Ultra is expected to launch in China this March, and new leaks are revealing more about its screen and battery.
A tipster claims Oppo is currently testing the phone with a BOE-made OLED display offering 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, though the final retail model may ship with a 120Hz panel instead.
On the power front, the Find X9 Ultra is rumored to house a 7,050mAh battery – a notable upgrade over the 6,100mAh cell in the Find X8 Ultra. This aligns with an earlier statement from Oppo’s Zhou Yibao, who said the X9 Ultra would come with a battery larger than 7,000 mAh.
Under the hood, recent reports suggest the phone will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 6.82-inch AMOLED screen. The rear camera system is said to feature a 200MP Sony Lytia 901 main sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto, a 50MP ultrawide, and a second 50MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom, plus support for a 300mm teleconverter kit.
The Find X9 Ultra is also expected to roll out globally between April and June, with color options reportedly including black, brown, and orange.
