After a long series of teasers, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max has now been officially unveiled in China. It features a massive 9,000mAh battery and is notably the first smartphone in the world to be powered by the newly released MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset.

Redmi Turbo 5 Max:

The new Redmi Turbo 5 Max will sport a 6.83-inch 1.5K 12-bit AMOLED M10 LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 3200-nits of peak brightness. Redmi Turbo 5 Max is powered by the latest Dimensity 9500s SoC. It is paired with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.1 storage.

 

The Redmi Turbo 5 Max will feature a 50MP Light Fusion 600 main sensor (f/1.59) with OIS support. It is equipped with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and an LED flash. It features a 20MP selfie shooter. The device comes with an Ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner & also has an X-axis haptic motor. The device also features an IP68/69K rating, ensuring it is both dust- and water-resistant.

 

The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear X-axis motor, and dual Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. The Redmi Turbo 5 Max features a 9000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. It runs on Android 16 with HyperOS 3.0 on top. The phone also offers 27W wired reverse charging and features Xiaomi P3 fast charging and a G1 battery management chip.
