The Xiaomi 17, which debuted in China in September, hasn’t yet been rolled out to global markets. New leaks suggest the international release might be just around the corner. According to a trusted tipster, Xiaomi could launch the Xiaomi 17 globally as soon as January 2026, with an Indian release expected around the same period.
Adding fuel to the rumours, a Xiaomi smartphone identified by the model number 25113PN0EC recently surfaced on Geekbench. This is believed to be the international version of the Xiaomi 17. The benchmark listing shows the device running Android 16, packing 12GB of RAM, and powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It achieved impressive benchmark results, scoring 3,176 points in single-core tests and 10,010 points for multi-core performance.
Speculation suggests the global variant shares the exact technical specifications as the Chinese model. That means users can expect a 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Camera enthusiasts will appreciate the triple 50-megapixel rear cameras and a high-resolution 50-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. Battery life shouldn’t be a concern either. As the phone packs a robust 7,000mAh battery that supports both 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
