A few hours ago, it was reported that the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max would feature a smaller hole punch for their selfie cameras, along with under-display Face ID.

According to a new report from JP Morgan analysts, all iPhone 18 models will also feature a 24MP selfie camera. This is an upgrade from the current generation’s 18MP camera.

It’s interesting to note that a 24MP selfie camera was previously rumoured for the iPhone 17 lineup, but it didn’t appear, and now it seems to have just been postponed to next year.

According to the same source, the iPhone Fold will even have a 24MP selfie camera under its folding screen. However, the iPhone 17e and iPhone 18e will continue to have 12MP selfie cameras.

The iPhone Air 2, iPhone 18 Pro, and iPhone 18 Pro Max will launch next September, while the iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e will arrive in spring 2027.
