This October, the Vivo X300 series is anticipated to make its debut in China. The business has started to tease several features of the devices on Weibo, although it has not yet formally confirmed the launch date.

Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao has unveiled the display technology set to be used in the upcoming X300 and X300 Pro phones in the latest teaser. He also contrasted the Apple iPhone 16 Pro’s thin bezels with those of the Vivo X300.

The shared image demonstrates how much thinner Vivo’s bezels are than those of the iPhone. According to the Vivo executive, the X300 series reduces the size of the bezel by utilising BOE’s Q10 Plus panel and LIPO technology. Boxiao claims that the X300 series’ bezels are the thinnest ever found on a Vivo smartphone.

Future flagship phones from Vivo will also include a new function that lets customers choose between full brightness with DC dimming or full brightness with 2160Hz PWM dimming.

Additionally, Zeiss Master colour and Zeiss Natural colour technology will be available with the Vivo X300 series. It will run OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16 and has some additional features.

Vivo X300 Ultra:

According to current rumours, Vivo’s forthcoming X300 Ultra would be the first smartphone in history to include two 200MP cameras on the back. These will be the 85mm focal distance periscope telephoto camera and the primary camera. Additionally, the phone will feature a 50MP ultrawide camera.

The previously disclosed Samsung ISOCELL HPB, which is specially made for Vivo and will also be included in the X300 Pro, is the 1/1.4″ type sensor that the periscope telephoto camera will employ. Vivo’s in-house video and image chips, together with the Zeiss T* coating for clarity, will be included with the X300 Ultra.

Like the X300 and X300 Pro, the X300 Ultra will offer a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus and a 92-degree field of view. The forthcoming flagship chipset from Qualcomm, which will replace the Snapdragon 8 Elite, is anticipated to power it.
