The Redmi Note 15 Pro series will be released later this week, Xiaomi revealed. On August 21, the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will be unveiled at a special event that begins at 7 PM Beijing time (11 AM UTC).

Both of the Note 15 Pro variants will be IP68/69K water and dust resistant, according to the official Redmi Weibo site. According to official photos the business posted on Weibo, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will have a design akin to that of the Note 14 Pro+ from the previous year. It will be equipped with three rear cameras.

The phone will have a quad-curved display and a curved casing. Redmi confirmed in a different Weibo post that the Note 15 Pro+ will have a fibreglass back panel and Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass on the front. According to the company, the device has survived over 50 falls from a height of two meters onto rock.

According to rumours, the Note 15 Pro+ will include a 1.5K screen, 50MP primary and 50MP telephoto cameras, and a battery that can hold more than 7,000 mAh. It will probably be the first Redmi phone to launch with satellite connectivity in China and is anticipated to come with the forthcoming Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 CPU.
