According to a tipster who reached out to us a week ago, the Google Pixel 10 Pro will be available for pre-order as soon as it is revealed on August 20. We pondered whether the entire family would launch at once this time or if some would arrive later than others, as was the case with the Pixel 9 series.

We now have our response: the launch will take place in two phases because of some delays. The “regular” phones will first arrive on time. Pre-orders for the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL will open on August 20, and shipping will begin on August 28.

According to sources who spoke to WinFuture, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a will all be released later. About two weeks following the release of the non-folding Pixel 10 trio, these will go on sale on October 9. However, pre-orders are probably going to begin on August 20.

We’re unsure what caused the delay, but supply chain speed bumps could be the culprit. Some parts of the Fold are similar to those of the other Pixel 10 siblings, such as the Tensor G5. However, there are a few things that might have been problematic, such as the foldable’s first-ever IP68 rating. Additionally, the 10 Pro Fold will feature a new 6.4″ cover display and a larger battery. We won’t even speculate as to what might have gone wrong with the latest, reasonably priced TWS headphones and the Pixel Watch 4.
