Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 17e next year, following the global launch of the iPhone 17 series in September. The iPhone 17e is anticipated to be the most reasonably priced model in the iPhone 17 series, similar to the iPhone 16e, which made its debut earlier this year. The main features of the iPhone 17e have been made public by a recent leak, which came from tipster Digital Chat Station.

DCS stated that the iPhone 17e would use a 6.1-inch OLED display, most likely the same 60Hz low-power panel that was used in the iPhone 16, based on information gleaned from the supply chain. According to reports, it will use the Apple A19 chipset and have the same Dynamic Island design.

A 48-megapixel primary camera may be located on the back, while a 12-megapixel sensor with 3D face recognition is reportedly included on the front. Although there will likely be significant modifications to the general appearance, the iPhone 17e’s primary selling point may once again be its status as the most reasonably priced model in the range.
