The latest foldable phones from Samsung will finally make their debut at the company’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9. Thanks to a fresh set of pictures posted on X, we finally have a live look at the Galaxy Z Fold7, which has been the subject of multiple leaks and rumours over the past few months.
In the pictures, the Fold7 is wearing its new Blue Shadow hue. Although it will have metal camera rings, the camera island appears to be similar to the one on the Fold6. The new model has a lower location for the LED flash.

The device’s thin side profile is also shown to us; based on recent rumours, it will only be 4.2 mm when unfolded and 8.9 mm when folded. Additionally, it is said that the Z Fold7 weighs 215 grams, which is 24 grams less than the Fold6.
Regarding the remaining specifications, the Fold7 is expected to include a 21:9 aspect ratio 8.2-inch primary display and a 6.5-inch cover screen. With up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset. The Fold7 will launch with One UI 8, which is based on Android 16, and is anticipated to have a 4,400 mAh battery with 25W charging capability.
