We have yet another specification to discuss today, but this one is crucial. A few days ago, some information about the upcoming Redmi Note 15 Pro+ leaked in China.

This is because the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will be the first Redmi device to feature this. We’re referring to satellite connectivity, which has only been found in expensive gadgets thus far.

However, the Redmi mid-ranger will lower the cost of this feature. Intriguingly, Redmi decided against adding satellite connectivity to its expensive K series devices initially. However, the Note series is unquestionably its best-selling line, so maybe that’s why it’s receiving this first.

In case it wasn’t clear, we have been discussing the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ for the Chinese market throughout this article. It’s unclear if the satellite connectivity feature will be included in the international model when it launches; it’s certainly not a given.

According to reports, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will have a 50 MP primary camera, a 50 MP telephoto, a battery that ranges from 7,000 to 7,999 mAh, a “1.5K” resolution screen with thin, symmetrical bezels on all sides, and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC at its core.
