Oppo is not yet prepared to abandon its twin periscope camera configuration. The next Oppo Find X9 Ultra will once again be the only flagship among its competitors to feature two periscope telephoto lenses, according to a recent leak from trustworthy tipster Digital Chat Station.

Oppo has been moving in the other direction for a few generations, while many other makers are sticking to a single telephoto. According to reports, the Find X9 Ultra features a quad-camera setup jointly designed with Hasselblad. A 200MP sensor connected by three 50MP lenses might serve as the main.

One is an ultrawide sensor, while the other two are periscope telephotos. It is therefore one of the few phones on the market with two 50MP rear-facing sensors.

According to reports, the Find X9 Ultra will feature a 2K flat screen, be powered by Qualcomm’s forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, and come pre-installed with ColorOS 16, which is likely based on Android 16.

The Find X9s and Find X9 Ultra may debut in early 2026, while the standard Find X9 and Find X9 Pro could appear later this year.
