Next month’s Made by Google event will feature several new items, including the Pixel Watch 4. Renders of the forthcoming wristwatch and its new charging port were shown to us earlier today. As if that weren’t enough, other renders have surfaced that display some of the hues we can anticipate.
We have already heard rumours about possible colour variations for the Pixel Watch 4. The following case colours were visible, according to a leak we previously covered: Moonstone, Silver/Iris, Black/Obsidian, Gold/Lemon, and Silver/Porcelain. Some of the colours for the different bands were also stated in that story. However, we get our first glimpse at some of these options from freshly leaked renders.
The colour choices for the 41mm and 45mm sizes are included in this report. This leak confirms the earlier leak by indicating that the case colours are moonstone, silver, gold, and black. Regarding the straps, we see the Active Band in Iris, Moonstone, Porcelain, and Obsidian. The Sports Band is also rendered in Indigo and Lemoncello.
New way to charge:
Renders of the Pixel Watch 4 and its charging dock, which will come with the device, have been seen in a recent leak from Android Headlines. The Pixel Watch 4 is depicted in these renders in two color schemes: silver/porcelain and black/obsidian. According to a previous leak, the additional hues might be Moonstone, Silver/Iris, and Gold/Lemon.
The Pixel Watch 4’s ability to charge on its side has also been the subject of rumors. The tip from today claims that Google has shifted the device’s charging connections from the back to the left. Furthermore, the smartwatch may be charged by putting it on its side.
Checking the battery level should be simpler with this new charging position, especially if you’re lying in bed. Additionally, this implies that the Pixel Watch 4 will not work with your previous Pixel Watch chargers.
Although the box is supposed to contain the charger, it doesn’t appear that a USB-C adapter will be included.
