Oppo debuted the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro in China last month. The company recently confirmed the series’ July 1 launch date in Malaysia. At about the same time, a more extensive worldwide release is also anticipated. Japan has already officially recognised the Reno 14, but the Reno 14 Pro has not yet been released. In Japan, the standard edition is expected to go on sale in July.
Oppo Reno14:
The new Oppo Reno14 will sport a 6.59-inch FHD+ 1.5K flat OLED curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It is now powered by the latest Dimensity 8350 SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage.
The Oppo Reno14 will feature triple rear cameras: a 50MP primary LYT600 sensor coupled with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide IMX355 sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. This time we have got 50MP Samsung JN5 periscopic lens with 3.5x optical zoom. Under the punch-hole notch, the Oppo Reno14 features a 50MP selfie shooter.
It packs a 6000 mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support. It will also feature dual speakers, an X-linear motor & IP69 certified dust and water-resistant. The device runs on Android 15 OS with ColorOS 15 on top.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, 5G (Dual Band support) and VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, FM Radio, and a USB Type-C port. It also features an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Although the price has not yet been disclosed, the Oppo Reno14 5G will be available in Japan on July 17. There will be two colour choices available: Bright Green and White Opal
