The A5x 5G is OPPO’s latest 5G smartphone, the successor to last year’s A3x 5G. It includes a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness.
Oppo A5x 5G:
The Oppo A5x 5G will sport a 6.67″ HD+ (1604 x 720p) LCD flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner & HDR10 support. Oppo A5x has the Dimensity 6300 SoC coupled with 4GB LPDDRX4 RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Oppo A5x 5G will feature dual rear cameras, one with an 32MP (f/1.8)main sensor and two with 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensors and LED flash. The front camera will have a 5MP (f/2.5) selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G, 5G, and VoLTE support. It comes with Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NavIC, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, a 3.5 mm audio jack with Hi-Res support, FM Radio, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1.
With IP65 certification, the phone is dust- and water-resistant. Oppo Labs tested its military-grade durability by dropping it on a marble floor from 1.4 meters on all sides.
This is backed by a 6000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging. It runs on Android 15 OS based on ColorOS 15 on top. The phone is also impressively thin—just 7.99 mm, with a slight camera bump on top. All sides of its body are covered in plastic, weighing 193 grams. The device comes in Midnight Blue and Laser White.

The Oppo A5x 5G with 4GB/128GB costs Rs.13,999/—in India. It will be available on Amazon, Flipkart, and the OPPO Store from May 25th.
