Motorola unveiled three new smartphones in the G series: the new Moto G56, Moto G86, and Moto G86 Power. Although they have almost the same appearance, the three have a few minor variations in terms of specifications.
Moto G86 & Moto G86 Power:
The new Moto G86 & G86 Power will sport a massive 6.67-inch FHD+ pOLED 10-bit display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Again, the device is powered by a Dimensity 7300 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space with microSD card support.
The device features a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor coupled with OIS and an 8MP macro sensor with LED flash. It also features a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole display. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and is IP68, IP69, and MIL-STD-810H certified, making it water-resistant.
Additionally, the device features a dual-stereo speaker that supports both Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, offering improved bass, vocals and clarity.
The connectivity options include Dual-Band Wi-Fi, 5G, 4G LTE, FM Radio, Dual SIM support, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.4. The Moto G86 Power packs a 6720 mAh & the G86 with a 5200 mAh battery, with 30W fast charge support and runs on Android 15 OS out of the box.
Moto G56:
The new Moto G56 will sport a massive 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. The latest MediaTek Dimensity 7060 SoC powers it. It has 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space with microSD card support.
The device features a 50MP main Sony’s Lytia LYT-600 sensor coupled with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with LED flash. It also features a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole display. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and is IP68 and IP69 certified for dust and water resistance, and MIL-STD certified for ruggedness and durability.
Additionally, the device features a large stereo speaker that supports both Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, offering improved bass, vocals, and clarity.

The Moto G86 and G86 Power are available in the following color options: Pantone Chrysanthemum, Pantone Golden Cypress, Pantone Cosmic Sky, and Pantone Spellbound.
The Moto G86 costs £280 in the UK and €299 in Germany, while the G86 Power costs €329/£299.
Pantone Black Oyster, Pantone Dazzling Blue, Pantone Gray Mist, and Pantone Dill are the colors available for the Moto G56. It costs €250/£199 at retail.
