Zhou Yibao, the product manager for Oppo’s Find series, verified the Find X8 Ultra’s charging specifications, water resistance, and the device’s April release date.
He returned today with something we don’t frequently see: essentially a confirmation of a comprehensive list of specifications released by the well-known Weibo account Digital Chat Station.
Thus, Oppo has officially verified this. With ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels on both sides and an integrated ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, the Find X8 Ultra will have a flat screen with “2K” resolution.
Two periscope telephoto cameras will be mounted on the rear, one with a 3x optical zoom and the other with a 6x. One of them will also function as a macro shooter. The phone will have a customized vibration motor, be 8.xmm thin, and have a faux leather surface.
Digital Chat Station stated the battery as 6,000 mAh; however, Zhou corrected him, claiming it would really be “a little bigger” than 6,000 mAh. Unfortunately for us, the Find X8 Ultra has been suspected of not having an international launch.
