Xiaomi is preparing for its global launch of the 15 series while the rumor mill is already leaking details about the 16 series. Xiaomi 16 Pro’s display design and specifications have been leaked by tipster Digital Chat Station.
Chinese media speculate that the tipster might be discussing the Xiaomi 16 Pro in the above leak, although he hasn’t explicitly revealed its name. It appears that the 16 Pro will have a flat-screen design with extremely thin and uniform bezels. It will feature a 6.85-inch LTPO OLED panel with a 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The display will include LIPO technology, ensuring a symmetrical, narrow border. It is expected that this advancement will surpass Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro models, which currently have 1.44mm side bezels and 1.41mm top and bottom bezels.
With its Pro and Ultra flagship models, Xiaomi has consistently offered similar displays.
Since the Xiaomi 16 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.85-inch display, the Xiaomi 16 Ultra is likely to have a 6.85-inch screen as well. According to DCS, flagship phones will have flat screens by 2025.
