Globally, the Vivo V family is about to grow. Both the Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro are expected soon, and the former has now appeared in official-looking renders with key specs.

Design:

In comparison to the V30, the V40 looks nothing like its predecessor. There is now a large oval-shaped camera module with smaller circular housings for dual camera sensors, prominently branded with Zeiss.

In addition to the main camera setup, there is another oval cutout containing Vivo’s trademark Aura light, as well as an additional sensor that remains unclear. Renders show two colors for the phone: purple and grey/silver.

This phone still has the same curved-edge display and minimal bezels as the V30.
