Until Samsung unveils the Galaxy S25 series, it still has plenty of time to prepare. While we wait for the Galaxy foldable to be released, rumors about the Galaxy S25 series have already surfaced. Galaxy S25 Ultra camera specifications have been revealed in a recent leak.

Ice Universe reports that the S25 Ultra will retain its quad-camera setup from its predecessors while introducing two key improvements.

According to the tipster, the phone will have a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP super-telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. This means improvements to one of the ultrawide lenses and one of the telephoto lenses.

Samsung’s Galaxy S24 Ultra, on the other hand, has an ultrawide lens of 12MP and a telephoto lens of 10MP with a 3x optical zoom. It has the same 200MP main sensor and 50MP super-telephoto sensor.

Samsung might release the S25 Ultra with only three cameras, according to previous rumors. Although this information came from an unreliable source, Ice Universe is a reliable source for leaks concerning Samsung phones. Consequently, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will retain its quad-camera setup.

It’s also rumored that the S25 Ultra will use a newer 200MP sensor, measuring around 1 inch in diameter. S25 Ultra’s camera capabilities, if true, will be significantly enhanced.
