A new product line from POCO continues to heat up the mid-range competition. We have spotted the new POCO M6 Plus 5G smartphone on HyperOS Code. In China, this device was introduced as the Redmi Note 13R.

The device was previously described by us as a “POCO M7 Pro 5G”. This device will be marketed as the “POCO M6 Plus 5G”. The POCO M6 Plus 5G has been spotted on HyperOS Code with model number “N19” and codename “breeze”. Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 13R first in China, and the M6 Plus 5G is identical to it.

Specs:

POCO M6 Plus features a 6.79-inch FHD+IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+), 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sampling rate.

POCO M6 Plus will be powered by the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC Advanced Edition coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 2.2 storage. This may be one of the first phones with this processor.

Based on Android 14, it runs on Hyper OS. On the rear, it features a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, it has an 8MP camera on the front.

It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Among its connectivity options are dual SIM, 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GLONASS, A-GPS, and USB Type-C.

Additionally, the device features a 5,030mAh battery and support for 18W fast charging.
