OnePlus’ next flagship will focus on improving performance, battery life, and camera, according to a tip from Digital Chat Station (DCS).

According to DCS, the OnePlus 13 could be one of the first smartphones to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. OnePlus 13 might be the next device to debut this new SoC, following the Xiaomi 15 series.

The OnePlus 13 is rumored to feature a new single-point ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and advanced silicon anode battery technology. Based on DCS’s claim, we can expect the battery to have a “large capacity” compared to the OnePlus 12.

Also, the leak indicates that the phone will have a large 6.8-inch 2K LTPO OLED display.

It is also expected that the camera system will be upgraded. Although specifics are lacking, DCS mentions a triple-camera system with improved periscope lenses. A tipster also noted that waterproof tests have been conducted for the phone, despite not being confirmed as an IP68 rating.

Aside from the OnePlus 13, OnePlus is rumored to launch the Ace 3 Pro in the Chinese market this year. The Realme GT 6 is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and will compete against the upcoming Redmi K70 Ultra.
