The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion has finally been launched in India. Even though the device has an attractive midrange price, it boasts some impressive specs and features. Let’s take a look at the Indian version of the Edge 50 Fusion, which was launched last month in Europe.

Motorola Edge 50 Fusion:

The new Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ 10-bit pOLED curved display. It comes with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400p with 10-bit colors & supports a 144Hz refresh rate. The device gets in-display fingerprint scanner support & comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.

The device is powered by the new Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage space.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will feature a 50MP main 1/1.55″  LYT-700C sensor with OIS coupled with a 13MP ultra-wide with 120-degrees FoV. There is a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. In addition, moto AI can adjust shutter speed in the camera app, handle autofocus tracking, and optimize highlights, shadows and colors.

The connectivity options include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Dual 5G support, USB-C with DisplayPort 1.4 support, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and GPS.  This time the device also gets IP68 certified making it dust and water-resistant.

All this is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 68W fast charge support.  It runs on Android 14 OS out of the box. Color options include Forest Blue, Hot Pink and Marshmallow Blue colors.

With its 8GB + 128GB storage, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion starts at 22,999 INR. It costs 24,999 INR for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Currently, it can be purchased on the brand’s official website and on Flipkart. This device will also be available in offline stores from 22nd May 2024. With ICICI bank credit cards and credit card EMI, buyers can also get an instant 2,000 INR discount.
