It is expected that Oppo will unveil the Reno12 series of smartphones in China in June. According to reports earlier this week, the Reno12 may feature a newer Dimensity 8300 chipset. In a new Weibo post today, tipster Digital Chat Station revealed almost everything about the Reno12.

Oppo Reno12:

The new Oppo Reno12 will sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The new Reno12 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC the same chip that also powered Reno11. It is coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage space. According to DCS, the phone will sport a thin and lightweight design, as well as a micro-curvature display.

 

The Oppo Reno12 will feature triple-rear cameras with a 50MP main Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide camera & 50MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom. It comes with a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch.

 

It packs a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. It will also feature dual speakers and an X-linear motor. The device runs on Android 14 OS with ColorOS 14 on top.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, 5G (Dual Band support) and VoLTE, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, FM Radio, and USB Type-C port. It features in-display fingerprint scanner support.
