The iPhone 16 series has been leaked several times so far, revealing key details. A new one shows dummy units of all of the phones in the lineup today.

Sonny Dickson, a long-time Apple leaker, previously leaked the entire set of machined blanks for the iPhone 16 series. There’s a good chance this is real.

In the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, the camera layout is the most notable change. A vertical camera setup will replace the diagonal setup of their predecessors. On the other hand, the Pro models don’t seem to have changed much.

On standard iPhones, vertical cameras are used to record spatial videos that can be played back in 3D by Apple Vision Pro.

The screen sizes of the Pro models have also changed. As compared to iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro Max has a larger 6.9-inch display than iPhone 15 Pro Max.

With 6.3 inches of screen space, the iPhone 16 Pro will have a slightly larger screen than the iPhone 15 Pro, which had 6.1 inches. Screen sizes for the standard iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will remain at 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, respectively.

Other than these changes, the dummy units reveal little in terms of new design features. We can’t see a dedicated Capture button for camera controls on these replicas, despite rumors.

In September, we will once again see the launch of the new iPhones. The wait may seem long, but further leaks are likely to emerge during this time.
