After the launch of Galaxy A05s in late Sept in India, the company has now launched the cheaper Galaxy A05.

Galaxy A05:

The new Galaxy A05 sports a 6.7-inch HD+ Infinity-V PLS LCD display. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The new Galaxy A05 is powered by an Helio G85 SoC 2.0 GHz Octa-Core processor coupled with 6GB/4GB/8GB RAM & 64GB/128GB internal storage.

 

On the back, the Galaxy A05 features dual rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor having an aperture of f/1.8 and a  2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 and LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.

All this is packed with a larger 5000 mAh battery and comes with 25W fast charging support. The new Galaxy A05 runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 Core on top. The device also keeps a 3.5 mm jack, USB Type-C port, FM Radio, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, and GLONASS, and also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

In India, the Samsung Galaxy A05 is available in Black, Light Green, and Silver colors. The Galaxy A05 with 4GB+64GB costs Rs.9999/- & 6GB+128GB at Rs.12,499/- in India. Samsung’s official website and other retailers will soon offer the smartphone in India. It is currently available through Croma stores in India.
