Xiaomi recently announced it will launch the next-generation Redmi Note 13 series later this week. Redmi has also confirmed the existence of three models in the series – Redmi Note 13 Pro, Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, and Redmi Note 13 Yibo Edition. The vanilla Redmi Note 13 may be announced at a later time, however.

Detailed information about the Redmi Note 13 series has been shared by Chinese tech blogger Digital Chat Station. According to the tipster, the models will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. This chipset is built on Samsung’s 4nm silicon and features four large cores clocked at 2.4GHz as well as four energy-efficient cores clocked at 1.95GHz. Also included are an X62 modem and FastConnect 6700 connection system, as well as three 12-bit ISPs that support up to 200 Megapixels. It is also equipped with an Adreno GPU.

A flexible screen without plastic brackets will also be available on all Redmi Note 13 models. There are reports that the Redmi Note 13 Pro will have a flat-screen, while the Note 13 Pro+ will have a curved screen. Samsung’s ISOCELL will jointly customize a 200-megapixel HP3 outsole sensor for the premium smartphones. There will also be an under-screen fingerprint sensor on the device.

Additionally, DigitalChatSattion revealed that the Note 13 Pro+ will have a new opening in addition to the microphone, speaker, and infrared remote control openings. Additionally, the Pro+ will be dustproof and waterproof with IP68 rating.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro series will be announced on September 21 and its details will be revealed then.
