On September 1, next Friday, Motorola will launch the G84 5G smartphone in India. Lenovo-owned brand G-series is also developing the G54. The device has been spotted in leaked renders and multiple certifications, revealing almost everything except the pricing and availability. Motorola has now announced its China launch date on microblogging platform Weibo.
As of now, Motorola has only shared the launch date of its G54 smartphone on its Weibo account. On September 5, Tuesday, the device will be launched in the country. On September 1, the G84 5G debuts in India.
Design:
The new Moto G54 looks no different when compared with any other previously launched devices. From the front, the new Moto G54 features a center punch-hole display with thicker bezels surrounding the display. On the back, there are dual rear cameras under the oval-shaped camera module with LED flash.
The power button with volume rockers is on the right side of the device. The USB Type-C Port with speaker mesh & secondary mic on the bottom of the device.
Specs:
The new Moto G54 will sport a massive 6.53-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Sadly, no details about the processor at the moment. It is coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space with microSD card support.
The device features a 50MP main sensor coupled with OIS & a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. It features a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole display. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with IP52 certification making it water-resistant.
Additionally, the device features a large stereo speaker that supports both Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, offering improved bass and vocals, as well as improved clarity.
The connectivity options include Dual Band Wifi, 5G, 4G LTE, FM Radio, Dual SIM support, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.0. The device packs a 5000 mAh battery with unknown fast charge support. It runs on Android 13 OS out of the box.
It is expected that the Motorola G54 will be available in Ambrosia, Ballad Blue, Coronet Blue, and Outer Space colors.
Moto G84:
Further, we also got the Indian pricing details leaked ahead of the Sept 1 launch for the new Moto G84. According to Yogesh Brar, the Moto G84 5G can be priced between Rs 22,000 and Rs 24,000.
