Check out the OnePlus V Fold for the first time! In collaboration with SmartPrix, reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer shared CAD-based renders of the brand’s first-ever foldable phone. According to OnePlus, the foldable phones will be launched in the third quarter of 2023, with a launch date in August rumored. In addition, the company trademarked the V Fold and V Flip earlier this year.

OnePlus V Fold CAD renders show the device from all angles for the first time. The OnePlus V Fold has a tall form factor and looks similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold. In the interior screen, the punch hole is located at the top left corner, whereas it is centered on the exterior screen. There are thin bezels surrounding both displays, which could result in a large screen-to-body ratio.

According to leaked renders, the OnePlus V Fold looks quite slim. There is a circular camera module protruding from the black leather back panel with Hasselblad branding. It houses periscope lenses and camera sensors. On the right edge of the foldable phone are the familiar alert slider and volume rocker buttons. In addition to the USB-C port, there are two speaker grilles at the top and one at the bottom.

Other than this, the renders don’t reveal any additional information about the OnePlus V Fold. According to the images, the foldable phone is not a rebranded version of the OPPO Find N2. It may also have a 2K display resolution and a larger screen, according to previous reports.

As we get closer to the Q3 launch, more details about the OnePlus V Fold should emerge.
