Xiaomi just announced the launch date for the Civi 3, a female-focused smartphone. On May 25, it’ll go official at 2 pm (local time).

Xiaomi Civi 3’s launch date is confirmed in the poster below, as well as a peek at its rear design. This device will have a circular camera module, which is completely different from the predecessor models’ designs. Hopefully, the company will reveal the entire design of the Civi 3 in upcoming teasers. The new poster shows the phone’s dual-tone design and round camera.

Xiaomi Civi 3 will compete with Dimensity 8200-powered smartphones like Oppo Reno 10 Pro and Vivo S17 Pro in the Chinese market. There’s a lot of info about the Civi 3 in recent reports.

Xiaomi CIVI 3 will have a 6.55-inch curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, plus an under-display fingerprint scanner. The Civi 3 could be powered by the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone should have 12GB of RAM, 256GB of built-in storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

It’s got a 32-megapixel primary selfie camera and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide lens in the pill-shaped cutout on the screen. The device’s triple rear camera unit will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary camera with OIS. It’ll run MIUI 14-based Android 13.
