HTC U20 5G

A new upper-midrange HTC phone is in the works, according to reports. Last week, the Bluetooth SIG authority certified the device. According to the listing, there are three model numbers: 2QC9200, 2QC9100, and 2QCB100. According to reports, these model numbers correspond to three different country versions of the same smartphone. It appears to be the HTC U23 Pro smartphone, which has been spotted on Geekbench.

The HTC U23 Pro has been listed on Geekbench 6 as can be seen in the screengrab below. Recently, the Taiwanese manufacturer released a few low-end Wildfire smartphones. Moreover, it has launched Desire-series phones every year. HTC U20 5G, which was announced back in June 2020, is the predecessor to the U23 Pro.

Geekbench reveals that the HTC U23 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm chip, which features four 1.80GHz CPU cores, three 2.36GHz CPU cores, and one 2.40GHz CPU core. In the listing, the source code shows the Adreno 644 GPU as part of the SoC. Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is the chipset powering the HTC U23 Pro based on these details.

Geekbench also shows that the HTC U23 Pro has 12 GB of RAM and Android 13 OS. The device scored 933 points in the single-core and 2351 points in the multi-core tests of Geekbench 6.

Currently, HTC U23 Pro does not have any other specifications available. This device may come with a 120Hz AMOLED display, a big battery, and fast charging capabilities. It is likely that the U23 Pro will debut in Taiwan in June.
