Realme has announced the release date of their latest smartphone, the Realme Narzo N55, in India. This is the first device in the Narzo N series to be launched globally and the first phone in the series to be released in 2023.

The Narzo N55 was teased earlier this week, and today Realme announced the phone will be unveiled on April 12 in India.

With its “sleek design and cutting-edge features,” Realme describes the Narzo N55 as the “Next-Gen Fast Charging Leader.”

As of now, the fastest Narzo smartphone is the Narzo 20 Pro, launched in September 2020, with 65W charging, so it will be interesting to see how fast the Narzo N55 will charge.

We received a media invite from Realme stating that the Narzo N55 has “Next-Gen Power” and “Next-Gen Clarity.” This might refer to the smartphone’s processor, while this might refer to its cameras or display.

Design:

The N55’s specs sheet isn’t available, but Realme gave us a glimpse of the device. Realme shared a teaser of the Narzo N55’s rear side (see below), which sports a dual-tone design and two cameras. A volume rocker and power button are located on the right-side frame of the N55. The power button will likely double as a fingerprint sensor.

Realme has promised to reveal more about the Narzo N55 on April 7 and 10.
