According to reports, the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro duo will not have stainless steel frames but instead will have titanium frames. Additionally, reports claim that the Pro models will feature solid-state buttons, similar to what happened to the iPhone’s Home key.

A dummy iPhone 15 Pro unit was spotted, which shows a slightly different button layout than the 14 series. It is now easier to use the Volume rocker since it is no longer a rocker.

When you cannot move the Ring/Silent switch, how will it work? Apple will apparently replace it with an “Action button” inspired by the Apple Watch Ultra. Above the volume rocker is this new button.

There is also a SIM card tray, but Apple has already switched to eSIM-only for US iPhone 14 models. A significant change will be the removal of the Lightning port in favor of USB-C. All models will have the new port, but only the Pro models will support Thunderbolt 3.
