Earlier this year, Samsung released the Galaxy A14 (in LTE and 5G variants), and today it also introduced the Galaxy M14. A 5G version of the Galaxy F14 is also on the way, which is very close relative to the smartphones mentioned above.

There was a device with model number m14x spotted on Google Play Console with Exynos 1330 and 6GB RAM – both shared with the Galaxy A14 and M14.

Samsung’s Galaxy F14 5G comes with Android 13 out of the box and has a Full HD+ screen. As its two siblings, we can easily assume it will be a 6.6″ LCD with 90Hz.

The previous model was powered by the Exynos 850, a 4G entry-level chipset, and Samsung made a good move by switching to a 5G chipset.

It was previously certified with a 5,830 mAh battery capacity for models SM-E146B and SM-M146B. We can assume Galaxy F14 is nothing more than a Galaxy M14 for different markets with a 6,000 mAh charge. As soon as it goes official, we’ll know for sure.
