In early January, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 12 series in India. All three models are 5G-ready.

It has now been confirmed that the company will launch a new phone in the near future. It is officially called Redmi Note 12 (without 5G at the end) and supports only 4G connectivity.

Redmi Note 12 4G will be launched in India on March 30. Xiaomi Fan Festival, which runs from March 30 to April 20, will feature many new products, including this one.

Teaser pages reveal the handset’s key features. However, the Redmi Note 11 will have nearly identical specs to its 5G counterpart.

Specs:

It features a 120Hz Super AMOLED display. Screen size is expected to be 6.67 inches with FHD+ resolution.

This device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC, which is nothing but an overclocked Snapdragon 680. A triple camera system will include a 50MP (wide), 8MP (ultra-wide), and 2MP (macro) rear camera, as well as a 13MP front-facing camera.

Additionally, a 5,000mAh battery will power the handset, with wired charging support of 33W.
