The Zenfone 9 compact smartphone launched by Asus last year was loved by both consumers and enthusiasts. In addition to the FHD+ 5.9-inch AMOLED display, it featured a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. According to a new report, the Zenfone 10 will not be as compact as many expected.

PriceBaba reports that the Asus Zenfone 10 (AI2302) will feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and a 120Hz refresh rate. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform will power it.

In addition to 16GB of RAM, the Zenfone 10 is expected to offer 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. Battery capacity will be 5,000mAh, supporting fast charging at 67W. It will also be equipped with a liquid cooling system for efficient heat dissipation.

Zenfone 10 will run Android 13 OS. It will have a 200-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization. Just like its predecessor, the phone also features an IP68-rated dustproof and water-resistant body. Reports state that the Zenfone will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Due to the lack of disclosure of the source, please take this report with caution. We might see the Zenfone leave the compact category if the report is accurate. The reason could be the company’s desire to appeal to a broader audience with the Zenfone 9. The Zenfone’s 6.3-inch screen may attract more buyers, even though compact smartphones are popular with some customers.
