Last year, ASUS introduced the ROG Phone 6 series in India and globally. The ASUS ROG Phone 6 series is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and Dimensity 9000+ chipset. Now, ASUS ROG Phone 7 will be the successor to the ROG Phone 6 series. A recent leak suggests that ROG Phone 7 series will include three devices: vanilla ROG Phone 7, ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, and ROG Phone 7D.

Geekbench lists the ASUS ROG Phone 7D (AI2205_D) as having Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Besides 16GB of RAM, the phone will run Android 13 out of the box. The handset scored 2012 points in the single-core test and 5697 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. These are only the details revealed by the preliminary Geekbench results.

The Tech Outlook leaked the specifications of the ROG Phone 7 series a few days ago. A report claims that the ROG Phone 7 series phones will run Android 13 OS and come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipsets. Also revealed in the report was 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage for the vanilla ROG Phone 7. However, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate will come with 512GB of internal storage. Moreover, all three phones are likely to feature AMOLED displays with 165Hz refresh rates.
