The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K was teased to launch in the Indian market just two days ago. It has now been officially announced by the company, along with its pricing.
This new device basically turns a regular TV into a Smart TV once it is plugged in, as the name implies. Its most notable feature is undoubtedly its support for 4K resolution. In addition to this, it has support for Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and even a built-in Chromecast. It has only just made its way to India after being announced back in 2021.
It comes with a Mi Voice Remote with dedicated Netflix and Amazon Prime Video buttons, a Disney Hotstar button, and an Assistant button for voice control. It is powered by a quad-core Cortex A35 processor and supports dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac. TV Sticks sold in India come with Patchwall software instead of Android TV 11.
With its 4K resolution, the new TV Stick lets users watch their favorite movies and videos in Ultra High Definition. Xiaomi TV Stick 4K will cost 4,999 INR. The sale begins on 20th February 2023 on Mi.com, the company’s official website.
