91mobiles has exclusively learned from industry sources that Xiaomi is preparing to unveil yet another model in its lineup at MWC 2023 – possibly the Xiaomi 13S Ultra. MWX 2023 will take place in Barcelona from February 27th to March 2nd. Like the other Xiaomi 13 models, the phone’s key highlight will be its Leica optics. As with the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, we can probably expect a 1-inch sensor with some improvements. For now, other details about the phone remain a secret.

Xiaomi’s upcoming phone with Leica optics could feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC and a QHD+ display. Considering the handset might debut in February 2023, we might hear about it soon. There isn’t much else known about the phone at the moment.

Additionally, Xiaomi is reportedly working on a successor to its Xiaomi Pad 5, called Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. Codenames pipa and liuqin were spotted in the MIUI codes for the upcoming tablets. Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 is said to power the Xiaomi Pad 6. There is a possibility that this model will be launched in markets other than China.

Xiaomi 6 Pro is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. There is a possibility that the Pro version will have a 120Hz AMOLED display with a resolution of 1880 by 2880 pixels.
