Vivo has finally unveiled the much-awaited offline exclusive phone the Vivo S5 in China. The new Vivo S5 will arrive in three colours with Black, Blue and Light Blue colours. The Vivo S5 will go on sale from November 22 and is currently up on pre-orders in China. The new Vivo S5 might soon land in India too.
The Vivo S5 with 8GB+128GB cost 2698 Yuan (Rs.27,700/-) and 8GB+25GB at 2998 Yuan (Rs.30,800/-) in China. The Vivo S5 comes with a unique design having a glossy glass back and metal chassis. It weighs 188 grams and is 8.64 mm thick.
The new Vivo S5 sports 6.44 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with just 3mm punch hole for selfie camera. This makes the Vivo S5 world’s smallest punch-hole display phone. The new Vivo S5 comes with SD712 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
The Vivo S5 features quad-rear cameras with 48MP primary sensor having an aperture of f/1.79 coupled with 8MP wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.48 and 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 and LED flash.
The Vivo S5 comes with 32MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.45. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack and in-display fingerprint scanner. The new Vivo S5 packs 4100 mAh battery and comes with 22.5W fast charging support. The Vivo S5 runs on Android 9 Pie with FunTouch OS 9.1 on top.
