Earlier we had a series of rumors and leaks about Huawei planning to launch their first foldable smartphone later next month at MWC 2019. We also got to know the Huawei Foldable smartphone will also have support for 5G Networks and will launch first in South Korea.
Now we finally have some 3D renders showing the alleged Huawei Foldable smartphone. As per the source, the Huawei Foldable smartphone will be branded as Huawei Mate Flex or Mate Fold or Mate F as Huawei had filed trademarks for these names. The new Huawei Foldable smartphone will come with two display attached side-by-side with an almost smaller gap between the display.
The new Huawei Foldable smartphone will be powered by latest Kirin 980 SoC and will also come equipped with M-Pen which made its debut with Huawei Mate 20 X. One can even play games on the new Huawei Foldable smartphone. Further, the new Huawei Foldable smartphone opens up as tablet similar to Samsung upcoming Galaxy Fold.
We are still not known about the display will fold inwards or outwards at the moment but will have a larger display than the Samsung Galaxy F and the display is on the outside to reduce the manufacturing cost. We are still not sure about the price of the new Huawei Foldable smartphone but might be cheaper than the Samsung Foldable smartphone.
