Apple will go the iPhone X way and launch the new 2018 iPad Pro lineup with display notch. Yes, a notch on larger 10.5 inches screen how’s that? Earlier we had rumors about Apple will bring the FaceID and will no longer have the physical TouchID.
As per Macotakara, the upcoming 2018 iPad Pro will have iPhone X like notch along with a larger screen to body ratio when compared with earlier generations. So both iPad Pro 10.5 & 12.9 inches will have reduced dimension thanks to bezel-less displays. As per the source, the iPad Pro 10.5 inches will now have a dimension of 247.5 x 178.7 x 6mm over the 250.6 x 174.1 x 6.1mm and 12.9 inches with 280 x 215 x 6.4 over the 305.7 x 220.6 x 6.9mm on a predecessor.
Apart from that, Apple is also planning to ditch the 3.5mm audio jack finally after iPhone’s. So you will be left with just a lightning port for charging the device. Apple will not include the Lightning-to-3.5mm audio jack adapter within the package. Looks like Apple want to charge extra for everything.
